WELCOME TO THE RESOURCE KIT FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS WORKING WITH PEOPLE WITH COMPLEX NEEDS

This kit has been developed from a 12 month project called the “Complex Needs Collaborative Action Project”. The project was an initiative of the Ipswich / West Moreton Disability NGO Managers forum and funded through the 2006 Department of Communities - Building Links Grant.
