Carers Queensland has an office in Ipswich and counselling is available at no cost to carers in the region. This service offers help on a range of carer issues such as managing stress, coping skills, dealing with grief and loss, transition issues and practical problem-solving techniques. The contact phone number for counselling is 3813 5611 and counselling can be offered in regional centres. Any referrals for counselling or advocacy are welcome. |
